GPS LOCATION TRACKER
|
The Lola GPS location tracker can be worn around the neck or attached to keys. When the SOS button is pressed, a call is placed to TASK's 24-hour monitoring centre, or to a carer's phone, with location co-ordinates included. Includes SOS button and two-way speech. A 'Locate Device' function allows the last transmitted location to be viewed, even if the SOS button has not been pressed. |
|
DOOR EXIT ALARM STRIP |
The anti-wandering door alarm can sound an alert, if a loved one or resident in care, attempts to leave a designated area or building. The system can be integrated with releasable door locks, which can be easily released by use of a key fob worn by a carer. |
TWO-BUTTON PAGER |
This simple pager system has two call buttons and one caregiver pager. The pager has an audible alert and is small enough to be carried in a pocket or clipped to a belt. This device is not monitored by our 24-hour monitoring centre. It transmits alerts directly to the pager. |
Telecare for Alzheimer's and Dementia
A customised telecare package can help people with dementia to experience greater autonomy and enjoy a better quality of life. A number of devices around the home can connect to the same telecare base unit and be monitored 24-hours a day. As a result, telecare can contribute to increased safety at home, and to people with Alzheimer's or dementia feeling more secure. TASK has a proven track record in delivering telecare solutions for dementia care providers and individuals. Our dementia support packages can include any combination of telecare products. The telecare products below, can also link to an existing TASK pendant alarm/telecare base-unit. Additional devices can be added and removed as required.
AUTOMATIC PILL REMINDER & DISPENSER |
The automatic pill dispenser can hold up to 28 days of medications. It can be programmed to rotate the required number of times each day, at set times. An audible alert will sound each time a pill should be taken. If pills are not removed within a specified time, this could indicate that something is wrong, and an optional alert can be sent to TASK's 24-hour monitoring centre to follow up on. |
BED OCCUPANCY ALARM |
The bed occupancy sensor is placed under the mattress. It can be programmed to send an alert to TASK's 24-hour monitoring centre or a carer, immediately when an individual exits the bed. Alternatively, the alarm can be set to alert only if a person does not return to bed, within a reasonable time.
|
|
CHAIR OCCUPANCY ALARM |
The chair occupancy pad is placed out of sight under the cushion of a chair. It sends an alert immediately when an individual leaves the chair, indicating a possible fall.
|
AUTOMATIC FALL DETECTOR | TILT ACTIVATION |
The tilt activated automatic fall detector, detects if a person slides or falls into horizontal position, such as onto the floor. It can send an alarm to TASK's 24-hour monitoring centre when its position remains unchainged after a set period of time.
|
|
AUTOMATIC FALL DETECTOR | IMPACT ACTIVATION |
The automatic fall detector automatically detects the impact of a fall. It also includes a call button to transmit a call for help at any other time, when needed. It can worn permanently as a wristband and is ergonomically designed for maximum comfort in every day life. |
DOOR EXIT ALARM |
The discreet door exit alarm is activated if a door is opened within specific time periods. The alert can go to TASK's monitoring centre or directly to a family member or carer. |
COLD TEMPERATURE DETECTOR |
The cold temperature/hypothermia detector detects when the room temperature drops to an unsafe level. An alert will be sent to the 24-hour monitoring centre.
|
HEAT DETECTOR |
The Heat Detector will activate and send an alert to the 24-hour monitoring centre, if room temperature rises to an unacceptable level. |
FLOOD (SINK/BATH) OVERFLOW DETECTOR |
A flood detector automatically raises the alarm when water is detected. It provides an early warning if someone has left a bath or sink tap on, as the overflowing will trigger an alert. Appropriate action can then be taken without delay, to prevent more serious damage to property. |
|
ENURESIS BED SENSOR |
The enuresis bed sensor can provide early warning, for carers of individuals who experience incontinence while sleeping. The sensor pad is placed between the sheet and mattress and automatically transmits an alarm if excess wetness is detected.
