The operator in the Monitoring Centre will see the exact location of the user on our mapping system and also have a "Hands Free" Two-Way Speech Communication to ascertain the nature of the emergency, enabling them to react immediately to the situation and provide reassurance that help is on the way whether the crisis, sudden illness or a fall, the operator can take immediate and appropriate action.
