Telealarm Carephone 74 Installation Quick Guide

Please follow the steps below when installing your Telealarm Carephone TA74 Social Alarm unit.

A) Firstly, your Telealarm Carephone TA74 will include the following items required for installation. 

B) If you are using the Telealarm Carephone TA74 on a PSTN connection (Conventional telephone network i.e Eir in Ireland or B.T in U.K)

or if the alarm unit is being used as a purely I.P (Broadband) system 

C) Connect your telephone handset through the unit (PSTN only)

D) Connect your Telealarm Carephone 74 to the power socket

When the above steps have been completed successfully the Telealarm Carephone 74 will have a steady red light and a steady blue light.

E) Please test the alarm unit using the Pendant Transmitter and inform the Monitoring Centre responder that you have successfully installed your alarm unit.
